World Autism Acceptance Week

Awareness or acceptance
In previous years, the week has been known as World Autism Awareness Week and World Autism Awareness Day. In 2021 a change was made to World Autism Acceptance Week to align with the goal of communities being inclusive of autistic people.
Autism Acceptance Week
We had events here in school to raise money for the National Autistic Society Charity.
We had a Spectrum Colour Day, where everyone wore bright colours and we raised money.
We held a Table Top Sale which consisted of jewellery, toiletries, games, books and cakes.
In total we raised, 
185.00.
Thank you all for your help and support to raise this money.
The school will receive a certificate and a medal for their participation.
